Shipping

What countries do we ship our products?

We ship our products worldwide, it means that we will deliver your order to your country too.

What is your shipping policy?

Orders are packed and shipped on monday-friday only. Most orders are shipped within 24 hours from the order date. Orders placed on the weekend and select holidays are processed on the next business day.

If we are unable to process your order due to inaccurate or incomplete payment information, your order processing may be delayed an additional 2 business days. Orders with out of stock item(s) may take an additional 5 business days to process and ship.

What is the estimated time of delivery?

To estimate when a package will be delivered, the following should be considered:

  • Credit card authorization and address verification must be received prior to order processing, and may take up to 48 hours.
  • Orders with Out of Stock item(s), may take an additional 2 to 5 business days to process and ship.

Who is eligible for free shipping?

With a minimum purchase of 50€ or more at our online store and shipping no cost to you. The limited time offer applies only to standart ground shipping.

What are shipping destinations and rates?

  • All Local/Latvia delivery rates are 2.50€
  • All European Union delivery rates are 5€
  • All International delivery rates are 5€

How can I track my order?

Once your order has been processed and shipped, an email containing the tracking number will be sent to your registered email.

Returns

What is your return policy?

Online purchases made through mazareclothing.com may be returned within 30 days of the ship date. Your return form and invoice provide a postmark date that specifies the last day you have to return your merchandise by mail or to our stores.
Refunds will be made in the form of the original payment and are only available for online purchases returned by mail.

How soon I will receive a refund for my return?

Please allow 2-3 weeks from the return shipped date for your account to be credited, and 1-2 billing cycles for the credit to appear on your statement. For returns from International addresses, please allow 4-6 weeks from the return shipped date for your account to be credited, and 2-3 billing cycles for the credit to appear on your statement.

How can I modify or cancel my order?

Due to our efforts to ensure that you receive your order as quickly and accurately as possible, we are unable to cancel or make changes to your order after you have placed it with us.

Order Status

How do I check the status of my order?

You may view the status of your order by logging into your Mazare Clothing account.

Confirmations are sent via email within 30 minutes when your order has been received or your shipment has been processed, based on the valid email address provided to us.

If you did not receive any confirmation emails, please check your email spam filter.

  • Select Mazare Clothing as a trusted website domain in your spam filter.
  • To avoid any duplicate orders, please go to My Account to verify your order has been placed before resubmitting your order.
  • Please allow 24 to 48 hours for your order status to change.

Why was my order cancelled?

  • Mazare Clothing was unable to verify the billing information that was entered on the order. If the billing address does not match with what the credit card issuer or bank has on file, the order will be automatically cancelled.
  • If your order has been cancelled, please contact your credit card issuer or bank to verify that the billing information is correct. Afterwards, create a new order using the correct billing address.
  • If you still need assistance please contact us through the Customer Service.

Registration

How to become registered member?

To register, click here and further enter your username, e-mail address and password. You can register in the same way while in your checkout process.

Does it cost anything to register?

No! Registering at Mazare online store is absolutely free!

Do I have to register to shop online?

Yes. You must create an account to make online purchases and to enjoy other benefits. You will find that registering is easy!

What should I do if I forgot my password?

To reset password, click here and further enter your username or e-mail address. An e-mail will be sent to you within one hour to reset the password and give you access to your account.

Why should I become a registered member?

Registration gives you shopping privileges and the following additional benefits:

  • You will not be required to re-enter your billing or shipping addresses every time you order online. Whenever you place an order, it will be delivered to the registered address, unless you direct us otherwise.
  • You can browse, shop and, if necessary, complete your order at a later time. We’ll keep track of the items you’ve already put in your shopping cart so that when you come back later, you will not have to re-select the items again. Placing items to your shopping cart for purchase at a later time does not guarantee item availability.

When will my credit card be charged?

Your credit card will be charged once your order is processed to ship.
Please note that once credit card authorization is received, depending on your bank, the funds may be reserved up to 30 days. Please check your bank’s policy. If you are paying with a debit card, please verify with your bank if there are limitations on daily withdrawal amounts on your card. Mazare Clothing reserves the right to request additional identification. If necessary, we will contact you by e-mail.

What if my credit card is denied?

You will receive an error message immediately if there is a problem with processing your credit card. You’ll have the opportunity to enter a new card number if this happens.

I have paid with Direct Bank Transfer, but why my order could not be completed?

In very rare occasions an item, that you have ordered and paid for, could be sold out before you finished your payment. In those cases a refund will be processed automatically for the amount of the item that is out of stock. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause you.
