Only online shopping is possible. We don’t take orders by phone or by e-mails. There’s no minimum order amount. We are informing our customers about the stock changes, so, if any item is out of stock – you will be informed. All items remain the property of Mazare Clothing until full payment of the item is received.

Prices in the online store are shown including Latvian VAT 21%. Customers from non-EU countries are excluded from the Latvian VAT, but are responsible for possible import customs and VAT taxes in their own country. Shipment expenses depend on the chosen shipment method. Free shipping value is made for orders over 50€. Checkout page will show available shipment methods and fees according to your location and country.
Items are mainly shipped by SJSC “Latvijas Pasts” or FedEx, USPS, DHL services based on your location.
Approximate delivery times are: Latvia 2-4 working days, Europe 4-10 working days and other countries 6-12 working days, excluding mailing day.
Mazare Clothing offers you a full 20 day money back guarantee from the day you receive your order. Items must be returned in original packaging and good condition (products without tags and those who have already weared or washed cannot be refunded or exchanged). Please use return address which is displayed on the package. You can either exchange your product or receive money refund.
Item/s must be returned unwashed, undamaged, unused, and with all original tags attached. We are not responsible for shipping return costs.
Please ensure that you return orders with sufficient postage. Returns where postage is not paid will not be accepted by us. The delivery costs will be refunded to you if we have made a mistake or the product was damaged during delivery or the product is faulty.
The terms apply where no other written agreements have been made between you as the purchaser and Mazare Clothing.
Latvian law will be applied to all disputes arising under this User Agreement. All disputes arising under this agreement which cannot be solved by mutual agreement, shall be solved in the district court of Riga, Latvia. Your statutory consumer rights remain unaffected.
